At the “Diabetic Dinners” Freezer Meal Workshop, you will put together 10 carbohydrate/protein balanced meals to take home and place in your freezer. Each meal is prepared with Wildtree™ organic seasoning blends and serves a family of four at the reasonable cost of $16-$18 per meal or $4 - $4.50 per person.
HOW THE FREEZER MEAL WORKSHOP WORKS:
- You order the Freezer Meal bundle of Wildtree™ products .
- You receive a grocery list and your prep instructions. You shop for the fresh ingredients, choosing your preferences or making allowable substitutions, then clean/chop/etc. the fresh ingredients according to the instructions.
- On the day of the workshop, bring your prepped groceries and Donna will walk you through assembling 10 diabetic dinners! You leave with 10 dinners ready to stash in your freezer until you pull them out to prepare a delicious, healthy meal for your family.
