Who is Donna?
Donna is a certified clinical nutritionist and blood chemistry analyst who focuses on whole food & foundational nutrition in her private practice, Lifestyle Fitness & Nutrition. She works one-on-one with clients to identify nutritional deficiencies and imbalances, heavy metal toxicity, genetic mutations, uncontrolled inflammation & pre-diabetes. In addition she teaches workshops on how to manage, prevent or reverse Type 2 Diabetes and how to Age Healthfully & Beautifully.
As a certified personal trainer of over 30 years, she shares her love for fitness and strength training with those she trains meeting them at whatever fitness level they are and helping them reach their goals with enthusiasm, varied workouts and motivation in one-on-one sessions. Donna will inspire you to make gradual, healthy changes on your own personal journey toward optimal wellness.

Donna lives in Fredericksburg, VA with her husband, John, and their dog, Lilly. She has three grown children, Johnna, Sean, and Jeri.
